From Candidates:
Name, address, contact details
CV, employment history, qualifications
ID and immigration status
Reference details
Salary expectations

From Clients:
Name, role, work contact details
Job vacancy information and hiring needs
From Suppliers:
Contact and bank details for contractual purposes
Website Users:
IP address, search criteria, browsing data (via cookies)

For Candidates:

Work-seeker records: Retained for at least one year from creation or last contact
Payroll and financial data: Retained as required by HMRC
Inactive candidate/client data: Deleted after 3 years of no meaningful contact, unless required by law
